Time will take you! – Ready or Not!
An old friend of mine came to visit from South
America for a few weeks. It’s always a joy to have
company for the holidays, sharing dinners,
catching up on what each of us has been doing with
our lives and visiting the hot spots in Miami. We
visited South Beach, Lincoln Road, Coconut Grove,
the countless restaurants and we didn’t forget the
beaches either.
Years ago in Northern California we had the
opportunity to study together with the “Lama on
The Mountain” and we traveled from Washington
state to New York and Venezuela several times to
receive teachings.
We learned a totally different life style and a
different way of looking at the world. Our eating
habits changed, we practiced meditations daily
that opened up new awareness’s and started to look
at life and death much differently than most. We
were able to change our energy bodies to vibrate
differently.
The changes were profound!
We all get excited when something good is about to
happen to us and want to share it with everyone we
know. I have felt this way for years and that’s
why I teach and work with people to open up their
