A Mercury
Retrograde is a great time to do more meditate,
and contemplate. If you are a writer this is a
good time to edit the book you’ve been writing,
get your files cleaned up, clean your house,
listen to music, and catch up on sleep and most
important go over your goals.
Is someone trying to change you?
It’s the same with learning the Qi Gong. It has to
been practiced and trained into your body until
you have what is called a “Muscle Memory.”

few minutes of deep breathing. I could feel the

Lucky 13
13 has deep roots in both the Christian and Pagan culture.
Many Christians have long believed that Friday was unlucky because it was the day of the week when Jesus was crucified. The number 13 was believed to bring bad luck because there were 13 people at The Last Supper.
Staying Young
Everyone had real concerns and questions about the
traditional health care system and for the most
part no longer trusted doctors, like their parents
did years ago. They asked a lot of questions like:
what the heck is Obama Care going to do to the
he alth care system? Why aren’t the food companies
telling us what’s in our foods (the GMO cover up).

You can literally reverse your biological age by
triggering the “healing mechanisms” in your body
that keep you young.
Staying Young
To insure your longevity you must educate yourself
on what is the best and least toxic for your
health.
Meditation is a must to distress and the exercises
of choice are internal exercises.
The Importance of Responding
We all have a system of so-called rivers running
through our bodies called meridians. Each meridian
affects the energy flowing through our organs; As
long as the rivers of energy are flowing properly
you are healthy and disease free.
